Greetings Alumni, Cast, Friends, and Families!
It’s time again for our PlayTime Productions Spring Family Fun Night and Silent Auction (Gala).
Your support ensures the vitality and the future of PlayTime Productions and its ability to provide a unique and affordable theatre experience to children and families. We hope to see you soon at one of our upcoming shows!
We have a very special alumni event planned along with the Gala on SATURDAY, APRIL 17.
Siobhan, our beloved stage manager, is retiring to England this fall. As this will be Siobhan’s last season with PlayTime, we are holding a “Royal Tea with Siobhan” for Alumni and Alumni families.
Please help celebrate Siobhan’s 13 plus wonderful years with PlayTime. This is the time to re-join together with your PlayTime friends and share stories about PlayTime and Siobhan.
Here is our schedule of events for this fun-filled day!
Royal Tea with Siobhan
4:00 – Arrive
4:30 – 5:30 Time for sharing memories with Siobhan
as we drink our tea, and dine on sandwiches and desserts.
5:30 – 6:30 “Alumni Cast Party” – Time for another Cast Party.
Alumni – we’ll have a special sing-along session.
Bev will play along-let’s see if you remember that curtain call song!
This is your chance to present a short performance as you did in the good old cast party days.
$5.00 per person at the door
6:30 – 7:30
Silent Auction and Family Fun activities

Followed by punch and desserts
Suggested Admission Donation - $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family
